Verification Feature

 Verification Feature: If you enable this feature, users will receive a verification email after registering their account. Additionally, on the user page, there will be a notification with a link saying: "Click here to resend the verification email" if they haven’t verified yet.

Important note: When opening the verification link, make sure the user is logged in and opens the link in the same browser session. Otherwise, the verification process will fail.

 

Troubleshooting Account Verification:

  • If the user doesn't receive the verification email: Ask them to check their Spam or Promotions folder. If the email is still missing, they can click the "Resend Verification Email" link on their user dashboard.
  • If the verification link fails: Make sure the user is:
    • Logged in to their account.
    • Opening the verification link in the same browser where they are logged in.
    If these conditions are not met, the system may not recognize the user session, and the verification will fail.
